Creamy and moist corn mac and cheese casserole made with canned corn, pasta, and cheese - a delicious weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, with liquid
  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can cream style corn
  • 1 cup small uncooked seashell pasta
  • 1 cup cubed processed cheese
  • 0.5 cup butter, cut into pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Mix whole kernel corn, cream style corn, uncooked pasta, processed cheese, and butter in a large bowl until thoroughly blended. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Uncover, stir, and bake for an additional 30 minutes until pasta is al dente.
