Spicy chicken wings - the ultimate party appetizer!
Ingredients:
  • 15 chicken wings (about 2 1/2 pounds)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare the chicken wings by cutting each at the joints to create 3 pieces and discard the tip. Remove any excess skin and discard it. Place the chicken in a shallow glass or plastic bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover the bowl, refrigerate for 1 hour, and remember to turn the chicken occasionally.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and cover broiler pan with aluminum foil.
  • Take the chicken out of the marinade, keeping the marinade aside. Arrange the chicken in a single layer on a foil-lined broiler pan with a rack and brush it with the reserved marinade.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then turn the chicken over. Continue baking for approximately 20 more minutes, brushing the chicken with marinade occasionally, until it reaches a deep brown color and the juices run clear when the thickest part is cut. Discard any leftover marinade.
