Make-Ahead Coconut Cream Frozen Dessert

Elevate your dessert game with a decadent frozen treat combining coconut cream pudding mix, vanilla ice cream, whipped topping, and crushed Ritz® crackers. Perfect for entertaining a crowd!
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups finely crushed buttery crackers (such as Ritz®)
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant coconut cream pudding mix
  • 0.5 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip®), thawed
Instructions:
  • Combine 1 1/2 cups of cracker crumbs with butter, press mixture into the base of a glass or foil pan, and set aside 1 cup of crumbs for later use.
  • Combine milk and pudding mixes in a large bowl, then add softened ice cream. Pour mixture over crust, top with whipped topping and reserved cracker crumbs. Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  • Thaw the frozen item, then slice into 24 pieces.
