Mango, raspberry, kefir and oat smoothie recipe

Wholesome smoothie ideal for quick breakfast on-the-go, provides lasting energy.
Ingredients:
  • 100g (1/2 cup) fresh or frozen diced mango
  • 25g (1/4 cup) fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 20.00 gm rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 200ml plain kefir
Instructions:
  • In a small sealable plastic bag, mix together mango, raspberries, oats, and chia seeds. Remove excess air, seal securely, and freeze for a month.
  • Transfer the contents of the bag into a blender, pour in the kefir and 60ml (1⁄4 cup) of cold water. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
