Whip up a tasty mango smoothie bowl in just 5 minutes for a delicious and healthy breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 medium mango, sliced, frozen
  • 1 small banana, sliced, frozen
  • 250ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk
  • 90g (1/3 cup) natural yoghurt
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp, chia seeds, to serve
  • Pulp of 1 passionfruit
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine mango, banana, almond milk, yogurt, and chia seeds. Blend until thick and creamy. Pour the mixture into a serving bowl.
  • Garnish with passionfruit and sprinkle extra chia seeds on top before serving.
