Velvety, fruity, low-fat dessert perfect for after dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 2 fresh mangoes, diced
  • 250g punnet strawberries, hulled
  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • 65.63 gm apple juice
  • 200g tub reduced-fat passionfruit yoghurt
  • almond bread, to serve
Instructions:
  • Lay out the mango slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover and freeze for 3 hours, or until mango is completely frozen.
  • Blend together frozen mangoes, half of the strawberries, banana, juice, and yogurt until smooth and well mixed.
  • Divide the mixture into glasses. Garnish with thinly sliced strawberries. Accompany with almond bread.
