Mango and turmeric coconut yoghurt soft serve

Sweet mango coconut soft serve elevated with rich turmeric depth.
Ingredients:
  • 3 mangoes, peeled, flesh chopped
  • 1kg dairy-free coconut yoghurt
  • 20.00 ml ground turmeric, plus extra to serve
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Instructions:
  • Blend the mango until smooth, then mix it with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Churn the mixture in an ice cream machine until soft serve consistency or freeze in a shallow container for 2 hours, beating with electric beaters intermittently until it reaches a soft serve texture.
  • Transfer the soft serve into a piping bag equipped with a 2cm nozzle. Pipe the soft serve into four 1 1/2 cup (375ml) glasses. Sprinkle with a touch of additional turmeric and serve promptly.
