Delight in a zesty shrimp and mango salad with mint-lime dressing, perfect for summer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon hot chile peppers
  • 0.25 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine fresh lime juice, fragrant lime zest, spicy chile peppers, and a touch of sugar in a bowl, whisking until the dressing is velvety smooth.
