Whip up these refreshing mango treats in 3 steps for a taste of summer bliss.
Ingredients:
  • 3 mangoes, stoned, peeled, chopped
  • 250ml yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Blend the mango in a food processor until velvety smooth.
  • Pour the mango puree evenly into two 12-hole, 2-tbs (40ml) silicone mini muffin pans. Top with yoghurt and gently insert iceblock sticks.
  • Freeze for 6 hours or overnight until firm.
