Create a refreshing and healthy fruit medley without added sugar.
Ingredients:
  • 2 mangos - peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 1 orange, juiced and zested
  • 2 cups tangerine juice
Instructions:
  • Combine mango pieces and sugar in a blender and blend until smooth. Mix in lime and orange zest and juices, then add tangerine juice and blend until well combined. Transfer mixture to a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  • Transfer the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze until it reaches a creamy "soft-serve" texture following the manufacturer's instructions. Then, move the ice cream to a lidded plastic container, cover with plastic wrap, and seal. Allow the sorbet to mature in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight to enhance the flavors.
