Tangy sorbet made with orange, mango, lemon juice, ginger, and lime zest.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 (2 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup mango juice
  • 0.33333334326744 cup lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, mix water, sugar, ginger, salt, and lime zest. Boil and then simmer on low for 5 minutes. Let it cool, strain, and stir in orange juice, mango juice, and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
  • Transfer the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
