Mangonada Jell-O Shots

Delicious vodka shots inspired by Mexican mangonada with chamoy and Tajin.
Ingredients:
0.25 cupwater
2 (.25 ounce) packagesunflavored gelatin
2cups mango puree
1tablespoonlemon juice
1cupvodka
1teaspoonchamoy sauce, or to taste
1teaspoonchile-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®), or as needed
Instructions:
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, warm water and gelatin until dissolved, whisking for about 5 minutes. Stir in mango purée, sugar, and lemon juice until fully combined. Let it cool slightly off the heat for about 5 minutes.
Stir vodka into chilled mango gelatin until fully mixed.
Drizzle each 2-ounce cup with a touch of chamoy and a sprinkle of Tajin. Fill each cup evenly with mango gelatin, then sprinkle a little more Tajin on top. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours to set.
