Mexican mango smoothie with sweet, salty, tart flavors - perfect for hot days.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon chamoy (Mexican chili fruit condiment)
  • 1 teaspoon chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®)
  • 1 cup Mango chunks, frozen
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 0.5 medium lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon chamoy (Mexican chili fruit condiment)
  • 2 tablespoons diced fresh mango
Instructions:
  • Spread 1 teaspoon of chamoy on a plate and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of chili-lime seasoning on another plate. Dip the rim of the glass into the chamoy and then into the chili-lime seasoning. Set aside.
  • In a blender, combine frozen mango with water and lime juice. Blend until silky smooth.
  • Start by layering 1/2 tablespoon of chamoy in the bottom of the glass, followed by 1/2 teaspoon of chili-lime seasoning and half of the blended mangoes. Repeat the layers and finish by topping it off with diced fresh mango.
