1870s New York creation: Bold, loud Manhattan recipe with a fancy garnish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 parts Rye Whiskey
  • 1/2 part Martini Rosso
  • 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
  • 1 whole lemon cut into a slice and twist
  • 1 jar of maraschino cherries
  • ice cubed
Instructions:
  • 1. Fill a glass with ice to chill. 2. Combine all ingredients in a shaker/stirring glass filled with ice, stir gently for 30 seconds to a minute. 3. Strain mixture into the chilled glass, garnish with a lemon twist or cherry.
