Fill manicotti with creamy blend of ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley, smother in spaghetti sauce, then bake until golden brown.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package manicotti pasta
  • 2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3.5 (32 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and lay flat on waxed paper or aluminum foil to prevent sticking.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect baking results.
  • Mix together ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then stuff manicotti with the cheese mixture.
  • Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange manicotti in a single layer and top with remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Serve hot.
