Flavorful molasses, tangy ketchup, and spicy ginger combine to make a versatile marinade for steak, pork, or chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup molasses
  • 0.5 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Combine molasses, ketchup, ginger, thyme, pepper, vinegar, hot sauce, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Add meat and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before grilling.
