Ingredients:
  • 220g goats cheese
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) extra virgin olive oil
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh mixed herbs (such as mint, parsley and chives)
  • 1 small fresh red chilli, halved, deseeded, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp finely grated lime rind
Instructions:
  • Transfer the creamy goat cheese into a beautiful serving dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the oil, herbs, chili, and lime zest. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the mixture over the cheese and let it marinate for 1 hour.
