Australian-inspired Mars Bar crunch bars are the ultimate treat! With only 3 simple ingredients – Rice Bubbles, chocolate, and caramel – these chocolatey, crunchy, and chewy bars are a breeze to make. Chill for 2 hours and delight your loved ones with this irresistible dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 175g (5 cups) Rice Bubbles
  • 75g butter, chopped
  • 6 x 47g Mars Bars, chopped
Instructions:
  • Grease a 16cm x 26cm (base) slice pan and line with baking paper, leaving an overhang on the 2 long sides. Pour Rice Bubbles into a large bowl.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, gently melt the butter until the base is coated. Add the Mars Bars and stir occasionally until almost fully melted. Then whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the Rice Bubbles over and mix thoroughly. Press the mixture into the pan, then chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours until it becomes firm.
  • Take the slice out of the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature for 10 minutes. Cut it into 24 squares using a large knife before serving.
