Indulgent hot cocoa made with dark chocolate and rich cream. Perfect for a cozy winter night.
Ingredients:
  • 515.00 gm milk
  • 252.50 gm thickened cream
  • 150g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • Large pinch of ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, gently warm milk and cream over medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until heated (don't boil). Lower heat, then stir in chocolate and whisk until smooth.
  • Sprinkle in sugar and whisk until fully dissolved. Cook while stirring for 5 minutes or until the mixture slightly thickens. Gently whisk in nutmeg and serve.
