Indulgent fudge pairs beautifully with creamy vanilla ice cream in this decadent dessert by Martha Stewart.
Ingredients:
  • 315.63 gm thickened cream
  • 60g unsalted butter, chopped
  • 118.80 gm firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 107.50 gm caster sugar
  • 173.75 gm glucose syrup
  • 130.00 gm cocoa powder, sifted
  • 1.20 gm salt
  • 170g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 8.80 gm vanilla extract
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine cream and butter and bring to a simmer. Add sugars and glucose, then cook and stir for 5 minutes to dissolve sugars.
  • Combine the cocoa powder and salt, then incorporate the chocolate and vanilla. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. Serve the warm, decadent sauce over your favorite ice cream immediately.
