Mix creamy Country Crock® spread into cookie batter for a simple no-bake dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 1.75 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.75 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3.25 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup (6 ounces) chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Prepare 2 baking sheets by lining them with waxed or parchment paper.
  • In a 3 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt the Country Crock® Spread. Add sugar and milk, then bring to a full rolling boil. Boil vigorously for 2 minutes.
  • Take the mixture off the heat and swiftly blend in the peanut butter, vanilla, and oats. Introduce the chocolate and stir until just combined.
  • Scoop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheets without flattening them. Allow the cookies to rest for 30 minutes, or until firm.
