Spiced vegan brownies with a hint of chai flavor - a delectable treat for all!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.33333334326744 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 cup very strongly brewed masala chai
  • 0.5 cup canola oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan with cooking spray and dust with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Next, mince the coconut in a blender by pulsing and set it aside.
  • Combine flour, sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix in brewed chai, canola oil, and vanilla extract until just moistened. Gently fold in coconut and spread the batter in the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the top loses its shine. Let it cool for 1 hour before cutting.
