Tropical twist dinner: Grilled beef hot dogs in hoagie buns with zesty pineapple salsa - ready in 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 8 beef hot dogs
  • 8 small hoagie buns, unsliced
  • 1 cup pineapple salsa
  • 2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill.
  • Grill hot dogs over medium heat, uncovered, turning frequently, until hot, for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Make a hole through the center of each bun lengthwise using the handle of a wooden spoon to create space for the hot dog.
  • Combine salsa and green onions in a bowl, then generously spoon 2 tablespoons of the salsa mixture into each bun. Add a hot dog to each bun and top with more salsa, if desired.
