Savor a quick and delicious beef and vegetable skillet dinner in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound beef boneless sirloin
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 1 bag (1 pound) frozen potatoes, carrots, celery and onions
  • 1 jar (12 ounces) beef gravy
Instructions:
  • Slice the beef into thin strips after letting it partially freeze for about 1 1/2 hours. Heat oil and garlic pepper in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef in the skillet, stirring occasionally, until it browns.
  • Add the vegetables and gravy to the pot, then lower the heat to medium. Cover and let it simmer for 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
