Savory ravioli filling: ground beef, spinach, Parmesan, and spices finely blended.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1.5 cups fresh spinach
  • 5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.25 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 0.25 cup bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a hot skillet, cook ground beef until crumbly, browned, and no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 to 2 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Combine the beef mixture with Parmesan, parsley, bread crumbs, olive oil, egg, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients, then grind or puree the filling until smooth.
  • Store the filling in the refrigerator for up to four days or in the freezer for up to three months.
