Vegetarian Buffalo dip with cannellini beans, a crowd-pleaser for all!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, and Buffalo wing sauce in a bowl. Gently crush the cannellini beans in another bowl and then mix them into the cheese blend. Transfer the mixture to a pie pan or baking dish, sprinkle the rest of the Cheddar cheese and chives on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden and bubbly, about 20-25 minutes.
