Mouthwatering pasta salad with flavorful greens, olives, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Irresistibly satisfying.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package dry fusilli pasta
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 0.5 cup pitted, chopped kalamata olives
  • 0.5 cup pitted, chopped green olives
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta, cook until al dente for 10-12 minutes, then drain.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, lay out the chard and fill it halfway with water. Microwave on High for 5 minutes until tender, then drain the water.
  • Start by heating the oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, green olives, and garlic. Incorporate the chard and cook until tender. Finally, combine with pasta and top it off with Parmesan cheese before serving.
