Savory bacon and herb-infused chicken atop tender linguine with artichokes in a rich tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package linguine pasta
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast half, cooked and diced
  • salt to taste
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.33333298563957 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.66666698455811 cup pitted black olives
  • 1 (6 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
Instructions:
  • Boil a generously salted large pot of water. Cook linguine until al dente, typically 8 to 10 minutes. Drain pasta.
  • In a big skillet, cook the bacon over medium-high heat until perfectly crispy. Once done, crumble it and set it aside for later use.
  • Season the chicken with a touch of salt. Combine the chicken with bacon in a large skillet or saucepan. Incorporate tomatoes and rosemary, and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Fold in feta cheese, olives, and artichoke hearts. Cook until everything is heated through. Mix in freshly cooked pasta and serve warm. Add extra feta on top for garnish, if desired.
