Melon and prosciutto skewers

Delicious sweet and salty skewers, perfect for starting a dinner party!
Ingredients:
  • 350g rockmelon
  • 12 slices prosciutto
  • 12 fresh basil leaves
  • 12 cherry bocconcini, drained
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to serve
Instructions:
  • Create 12 perfectly rounded melon balls by using a melon baller or teaspoon to scoop out the rockmelon.
  • Roll each slice of prosciutto into a bundle.
  • Skewer rockmelon cubes, prosciutto slices, fresh basil leaves, and bocconcini balls. Finish with a drizzle of oil and serve.
