Create a flavorful Cuban-inspired Miami dip by stuffing a bread bowl with pickles, Swiss cheese, ham, and pork gravy - perfect for game day!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) loaf Italian bread
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package McCormick® Pork Gravy Mix
  • 1.5 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
  • 5 tablespoons dill pickles, coarsely chopped, divided
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 0.5 cup cubed ham
  • 1 cup deli-sliced roast pork cut into bite-size pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the bread on a baking sheet and carefully cut out an oval shape on top. Scoop out the center of the bread to create space for the dip. Tear the bread pieces into bite-size chunks and keep them aside for serving.
  • Gradually whisk milk into gravy mix in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the gravy comes to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, then stir in 1 1/4 cups of cheese, 4 tablespoons of pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted. Finally, stir in the pork and ham.
  • Dollop dip onto bread and generously sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.
  • Bake until cheese is gooey and bread is warm, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle the dip with the last bit of chopped pickles and serve with bread pieces.
