Satisfy summer cravings with a refreshing, zesty Michelada beer cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt, for rimming glass
  • 1 tablespoon Tajín, for rimming glass
  • Lime wedge for rimming the glass, plus fresh lime slices for garnish (optional)
  • 12 ounces beer, such as Corona
  • 1 ounce tomato juice
  • 2-3 dashes of Mexican-style hot sauce, like Cholula
  • 1/2 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice from 1 lime
Instructions:
  • Prepare the glass: Combine the salt and Tajin on a plate larger than your pint glass. Rub the outside rim of the glass with the lime wedge, then dip the rim into the salt and Tajín mixture. Set aside.
  • Fill your glass 2/3 with ice and pour in the beer slowly.
  • Combine the tomato juice, hot sauce, lime juice, and any extra mix-ins. Gently mix everything together, garnish with limes if desired, and serve.
