Tajin® Michelada

Spicy Mexican michelada made with Tajin®, Maggi® Jugo, and Mexican beer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®)
  • 0.5 lime, cut into 2 wedges
  • ice as needed
  • 0.75 teaspoon soy-based liquid seasoning (such as Maggi® Jugo)
  • 0.75 teaspoon Mexican-style hot sauce (such as Valentina®)
  • 3 fluid ounces tomato and clam juice cocktail (such as Clamato®)
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) bottle light Mexican beer (such as Modelo®)
Instructions:
  • Sprinkle Tajin® on a small plate. Rim a pint glass by running 1 lime wedge around the edge, then dip the glass onto the plate for a salt rim.
  • Half-fill glass with ice. Squeeze lime wedge into glass. Add Maggi® Jugo, hot sauce, and any leftover Tajin® from plate and stir. Pour in tomato and clam juice cocktail, then top with beer. Garnish with remaining lime wedge and serve promptly.
