Whip up a refreshing Mexican Michelada in just 5 minutes with lime juice and sauces, served over ice for the perfect summer drink.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large beer mug
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Buffalo wing sauce or hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning sauce
  • Lime wedge
  • Coarse salt
  • 1 bottle (12 oz) pale ale or lager beer
  • Ice, if desired
Instructions:
  • Chill beer mug in freezer. Combine lime juice and sauces in a small bowl.
  • Take the chilled mug out of the freezer. Use a lime wedge to gently rub the rim of the mug, then dip the rim into salt. Pour in the lime juice mixture and add the ale. Finish off with some ice and serve right away.
