Indulge in a refreshing lime coconut cocktail topped with a scoop of ice cream for the perfect weekend treat!
Ingredients:
  • 30ml Midori
  • 30ml Malibu
  • 90ml chilled pineapple juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 40.40 gm thickened cream
  • Streets Splice Pine Lime ice-cream
  • Pineapple wedge and leaf, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix the Midori, Malibu, and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a wide cocktail glass and serve.
  • Drizzle thickened cream over the dessert, allowing it to sink before rising to the top. Garnish with a Streets Splice Pine Lime ice-cream, pineapple wedge, and a leaf.
