Ingredients:

30ml Midori
30ml Malibu
90ml chilled pineapple juice
Ice cubes
40.40 gm thickened cream
Streets Splice Pine Lime ice-cream
Pineapple wedge and leaf, to serve

Instructions:

Mix the Midori, Malibu, and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a wide cocktail glass and serve.
Drizzle thickened cream over the dessert, allowing it to sink before rising to the top. Garnish with a Streets Splice Pine Lime ice-cream, pineapple wedge, and a leaf.
