Indulge in delightful coffee chocolate fudge for a festive treat!
Ingredients:
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 220g brown sugar
  • 55.60 gm glucose syrup
  • 125g chopped butter
  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 200g milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • Coles Brand rainbow pearls, to decorate
  • Star-shaped rainbow sprinkles, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Grease the baking tray and arrange 2 packs of Coles Brand Christmas Cookie Cutters on it.
  • Combine sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, glucose syrup, chopped butter, and instant coffee powder in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until sugar dissolves, about 10 minutes. Avoid boiling.
  • Turn up the heat to medium and let it gently simmer. Stir continuously for 8-10 mins until the mixture starts pulling away from the pan's edges. Then, take it off the heat.
  • Mix in finely chopped milk chocolate until fully melted. Quickly pour the hot fudge mixture into each mold. Use a teaspoon to level the top. Let it sit for 6 hours until firm. Flip over and garnish the smooth side with Coles Brand rainbow pearls and star-shaped rainbow sprinkles.
