Mini muffin pan quiche bites recipe

Easy and delicious mini quiches made with wonton wrappers for a twist on a classic recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 275g pkt round gow gee wonton wrappers
  • 100g ham, finely chopped
  • 100g frozen spinach, defrosted, excess liquid squeezed out
  • 50g grated cheddar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150ml thickened cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 190°C (170°C fan forced).
  • Grease 24 mini muffin tin holes and gently press a wonton wrapper into each one. Fill each cup evenly with ham, spinach, and cheese.
  • In a bowl, vigorously whisk together eggs and cream and season with your favorite spices. Fill each wonton cup almost to the top with 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture.
  • Bake until golden and puffed, 20-25 minutes. Serve.
