Classic focaccia made with Bisquick®, olive oil, and rosemary for delicious simplicity.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine Bisquick mix and milk in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms; beat for 30 seconds. If the dough is too sticky, slowly add up to 1/4 cup of Bisquick mix until the dough is easy to handle.
  • Place the dough on a well-dusted surface with Bisquick mix; roll it gently to coat. Shape it into a ball and knead 10 times. Roll it out to 1/4 inch thickness and cut using a 2-inch cutter dusted in Bisquick mix. Space the dough rounds 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet, then brush with oil and sprinkle with rosemary and garlic powder.
  • Bake until golden brown, typically 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
