S'mores hand pies: Crunchy graham crackers, melty chocolate, and ooey-gooey marshmallows in a handheld summer treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (8 graham cracker squares, finely crushed)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened (1 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • To start, gently unfurl the pie crusts. Use a 3-inch round cutter to create 10 rounds from each crust. Next, in a petite shallow bowl, combine cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup of sugar. Brush both sides of the pie crust rounds with butter, then dip them in the crumb mixture until they are evenly coated.
  • Place 10 coated pie crust rounds on a cookie sheet. Mix filling ingredients together. Spoon approximately 1 heaping tablespoon of the filling in the center of each of the 10 rounds. Top with the remaining pie crust rounds and press the edges to seal.
  • Bake for 9 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy warm or at room temperature. Keep covered in the refrigerator.
