A delightful recipe for Minion-topped fudgy brownies by Brooke McClay from Cheeky Kitchen.
Ingredients:
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 2 cups yellow candy melts
  • 3 Betty Crocker™ Fruit Roll-Ups™ fruit flavored snack (blue color)
  • 1 tube Betty Crocker™ black decorating icing, fitted with writers tip
  • 24 small or large candy eyeballs
  • 12 sucker sticks
Instructions:
  • Microwave candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl following the package instructions.
  • Dip one end of the sucker sticks into the candy melt, then press them into the marshmallows. Let the candy melt cool and set.
  • Coat the entire marshmallow in the candy melt, ensuring full coverage. Insert the sucker stick into a piece of styrofoam and let the candy melt cool completely.
  • Cut fruit rollups into 1/2 inch strips and wrap them around the bottom of the marshmallow to make blue overalls for your minions.
  • Add a generous swirl of black icing onto each marshmallow to create a striking design. Place a candy eyeball or two on top to bring the spooky characters to life.
  • Using black icing, draw a thin line from one side of the eyeball, around the marshmallow, to the other side to make goggle lines.
  • Let the icing set until completely hardened. Enjoy and share with loved ones!
