Ingredients:
  • 800g desiree potatoes, peeled, chopped
  • 375.00 ml frozen peas
  • 84.98 gm milk, warmed
  • 50g butter, chopped
  • 125.00 ml finely shredded fresh mint leaves
  • Butter, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • Boil potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, adding peas for the last 2 minutes. Drain and mash until almost smooth. Stir in milk, butter, mint, salt, and pepper. Top with a dollop of extra butter if desired. Serve hot.
