3-ingredient truffles with optional chocolate dip and Aero bar topping. Can be made ahead and stored for 2 weeks. Perfect as after-dinner mint or no-bake gift.
Ingredients:
  • 200g pkt Arnott’s Mint Slice biscuits
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) sweetened condensed milk
  • 35g (1/3 cup) cocoa powder
  • 290g pkt dark choc melts
  • Aero peppermint block, sliced, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Pulse biscuits in a food processor until finely crushed, then add sweetened condensed milk and cocoa. Process until mixture forms a ball. Chill in a bowl in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up.
  • Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Roll 2 teaspoonfuls of the chocolate mixture into balls and place them on the tray. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate melts. Microwave on Medium power, stirring every minute with a metal spoon, until fully melted and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Dip the balls into the melted chocolate using a fork, let the excess drip off, place them back on the tray, and decorate with Aero. Allow them to set for 5 minutes.
