Try this quick and delicious Japanese fish with noodles dish that's sure to be a hit with the family.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (about 150g each) boneless white fish fillets
  • 48.00 gm miso paste
  • 42.00 gm orange juice
  • 14.40 gm honey
  • 2.65 gm soy sauce
  • 180g dried soba noodles
  • 2 bunches asparagus, halved crossways
  • 150g snow peas, thinly sliced
  • 3.00 gm sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Heat the grill to medium-high. Place the fish in a shallow baking dish. In a small bowl, mix the miso paste, orange juice, honey, and soy sauce. Drizzle 1 tsp of the miso mixture over each fish fillet. Season the fish. Grill for 8-10 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water for 4 minutes, then add asparagus and snow peas for the last 2 minutes. Drain well.
  • Plate the noodles, vegetables, and fish individually. Drizzle the remaining miso sauce over each serving. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion.
