Ingredients:
  • 4 large pita bread
  • 250g soft-rind cheese, at room temperature
  • 200g blue cheese, at room temperature
  • 200g cheddar, at room temperature
  • 200g muscatels
  • 100g walnut
  • 60ml honey
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 2. Arrange the pita bread on a baking tray. 3. Bake in the oven, flipping halfway through, for 10 minutes until crisp. 4. Remove from the oven and let it cool. 5. Break into large shards before serving.
  • Assemble the cheese, muscatels, and pita crisps on a platter. Add walnuts, then drizzle with honey. Serve promptly.
