Mixed herb lamb steaks

Impress any guest with this perfect main dish for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh oregano leaves
  • 20.00 ml fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 small red chilli, deseeded, thinly sliced
  • 20.00 ml plain yoghurt
  • 10.60 gm lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 8 (100g each) lamb leg steaks
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, chili, yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic. Add steaks and coat them evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, if possible.
  • Preheat a greased barbecue plate or chargrill over medium heat. Take the steaks out of the marinade and grill for 4 minutes on each side for medium doneness or to your preferred level of doneness. Serve and enjoy!
