Creamy yogurt and fresh berries blend together perfectly in this delicious and healthy drink.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy strawberry yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 bag (14 to 16 oz) frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries), slightly thawed
  • Fresh fruit, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine yogurt, milk, and powdered sugar in a blender or food processor. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Begin by adding half of the berries to the blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Next, add the remaining berries, cover, and blend on high speed for about 1 more minute. If needed, add a small amount of extra milk until the mixture is smooth. Finally, garnish with fresh fruit and serve immediately.
