Indulgent pasta dish: Toss hot clarified butter with spaghetti, sprinkle with mizithra cheese. Deliciously rich and decadent.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 cup butter
- 0.75 pound Mizithra cheese
Instructions:
- Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water until perfectly cooked. Drain pasta.
- As pasta nears completion, gently melt butter on medium heat until golden. Remove any solids from the butter. Combine pasta with the golden butter and sprinkle with your desired amount of cheese.
