Cozy up with a decadent winter coffee chocolate treat with all the toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 6 Fingers Milk Chocolate biscuits
  • 30g Baking Real Dark Chocolate Melts, melted
  • 25g chocolate
  • 20.00 ml instant coffee granules
  • 20.00 gm boiling water
  • 500ml milk
  • Whipped cream, to serve
  • PASCALL Pink & White Marshmallows, to serve
  • Chocolate fudge topping, to serve
Instructions:
  • Finely chop 2 biscuits using a sharp knife. Dip the rims of heatproof serving glasses in melted chocolate, then press the chopped biscuit onto the chocolate.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the drinking chocolate, coffee granules, and water. Mix until a smooth paste forms. Pour in the milk and simmer over medium-high heat, stirring, until almost boiling. Remove from heat.
  • Pour the milk mixture evenly into the glasses. Garnish with cream, marshmallows, and chocolate syrup. Finish by adding the remaining biscuits as a decorative touch.
