Mom's zesty baked chicken wings - bursting with garlic, lemon, and flavor! Perfect for party feasting.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 0.5 tablespoon paprika
  • 0.5 tablespoon ground turmeric
  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect cooking environment.
  • Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, seasoned salt, paprika, and turmeric in a bowl. Massage the marinade into the chicken wings. Place the chicken and marinade in a 14x8-inch aluminum baking pan, season with garlic salt, and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 50 minutes until golden and fully cooked through.
