Lemon cheesecake cookie bars with walnut crust - a delightful, easy dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.66666668653488 cup butter
  • 0.66666668653488 cup brown sugar
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine flour, walnuts, butter, and brown sugar in a bowl until well mixed. Press half of the crust mixture into a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until nicely browned. Remove from oven, keeping the oven on.
  • Blend cream cheese and white sugar together in a separate bowl using an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract; continue mixing until well combined. Pour the mixture over the baked crust and sprinkle with the reserved crust mixture.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until firm, approximately 25 minutes.
