Creamy cheesecake, versatile for any topping or enjoyed on its own.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup margarine
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon, and melted margarine in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly, then press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese and sugar until silky. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla and salt. Gently mix in the sour cream until just combined.
  • Transfer the batter into a springform pan, then bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour. After baking, turn off the oven and allow the cake to rest inside for at least 30 minutes.
